My sister introduced me to this barbecue sauce,
I used to use a regular barbeque sauce.
Everyone loves this barbecue sauce now..
The trick to a tender and juicy chicken is by using a fork
and poking the chicken breast a lot of times,
and then by placing it in the fridge for about
1 hour so the sauce will soak in the chicken and
it will have a nice taste..
Ingredients:
5 boneless chicken breast (cut in half lengthwise) total of 10 pieces
1- 18 oz bottle of Sweet baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar

In a bowl combine chicken and barbecue sauce mix well,
