Jetts Pecan Pie

Use a ready made crust or make your own. 


1 Cup White/Clear Karo corn syrup
1 Cup granulated white sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Tablespoons butter
1 1/3 Cups fresh pecans (whole or chopped)

How to make it

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Pour the first 5 ingredients into a bowl.
Add eggs and beat well.
Pour in the pecans and mix well.
Pour this into an unbaked pie shell (9- 10 inch pie pan)
Place pie in the middle of the oven and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
