(LinKev's) Easy grilled barbecue chicken

My sister introduced me to this barbecue sauce,
I used to use a regular barbeque sauce.
Everyone loves this barbecue sauce now..
The trick to a tender and juicy chicken is by using a fork
and poking the chicken breast a lot of times,
and then by placing it in the fridge for about
1 hour so the sauce will soak in the chicken and
it will have a nice taste..

5 boneless chicken breast (cut in half lengthwise) total of 10 pieces

1- 18 oz bottle of Sweet baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar
barbecue sauce (or any kind that you like.)

In a bowl combine chicken and barbecue sauce mix well,
with a fork poke chicken while mixing it,
poke as many times as you can the more pokes the better.
Cover chicken and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Warm grill, on medium high place chicken on grill
basting chicken on both sides with remaining barbecue sauce from the bowl,
cook for 10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink.

I serve it with rice and vegetables.
